Kroscut Shopfitters (t/a Kroscut Shopfitters and Projects) was founded in 2007 by the late Robert Stear and his wife, Kieran Stear.

Since Kroscut's inception, we have offered excellent shopfitting and maintenance services throughout the Eastern Cape and South Africa.

In 2016, Kieran Stear successfully partnered with Jan Westraadt to continue with the strong business model and skilled roll-out of retail shopfitting projects. Jan started his career in retail sales (Foschini Group & Total sports). He then joined the PG Bison group where he managed the sales account in the Eastern Cape. Later he joined Spec-Savers in 2012 as the National Project Manager before joining the Kroscut team as the full Operations Manager.

Jan overseas all the operational aspects of the business. He takes charge of new business, project planning, project management, marketing and the day to day maintenance portfolio.

Kieran manages Kroscut's admin office and finance department.
